THE WAY... Towards Love

Life is not only about reaching a specific destination. It is about understanding our path as we ‘grow’ through life.

Ladders are a classic symbol… for ascending and descending. Yet, in the context of THE WAY, they depict something far more profound… a metaphor for love… the universal language that connects us all.

This wearable piece of art sparks curiosity and reflection as it captures the essence of our life experiences…the upward and downward journey.

This pendant is a testament to our aspirations and a reminder of our journey… a symbol of our quest for peace, happiness… and love.

As a sculptural, wearable artisan pendant, THE WAY rests gently, becoming one with your heartbeat… to be worn, touched and cherished… becoming more than an ordinary adornment.

Lying flat, the rungs of the ladder can be viewed as stepping stones… the spaces in between as moments of time that narrate our stories.

Vertically, THE WAY can represent a track. Like a train track… staying on track… life's track. What direction am I going? Am I going in the right direction… ?

On the horizontal, it looks like a filmstrip. We all have a life movie which includes the things we’ve seen and experienced… this is our movie… our life story.

I see THE WAY as a meaningful pendant worn to be mindful of our journey towards choosing kindness and loving thoughts, to let go of thoughts that lead to fear, guilt, and blame, and embrace ourselves and others with compassion and understanding, and to bring awareness into our minds for us to act with love in every interaction and foster happiness, peace, and share love.

In my life story, I became an artist, photographer and sculptor. I dreamt of a ladder and began sculpting them. I believe ladders are a lovely, well-received symbol that speaks volumes… evokes emotions… and can convey so many stories.

This is the belief that sparked the creation of The LOVE LADDERS Collection and began my journey into becoming a jewelry designer and creating wearable, meaningful art that conveys thoughtful messages through 3-dimensional imagery.

Every piece of jewelry has a story to tell... a purpose to serve... a message to share.
