Created here in the United States, every step of the process—from casting to finishing—receives VIENNE’s close attention, ensuring that each detail reflects her vision and standards. By choosing this careful, hands-on process rather than mass production, we preserve the integrity of our fine materials and minimize waste—a meaningful step toward sustainable luxury.
Because of this, our jewelry is crafted upon request, often requiring 4-6 weeks from order placement to completion. Occasionally, pieces may be ready sooner, and if so, we’re delighted to expedite their delivery to you.
Once your piece is complete, we provide complimentary worldwide shipping via FedEx or DHL.
U.S. orders typically arrive within two business days of shipment. International delivery times vary by destination.
Carrier selection may vary based upon destination and service availability. International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, customs fees, or other import charges imposed by the destination country, which remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for unused, undamaged items within 30 days of your purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging & boxes, and must not be damaged, used, or altered in any way.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of your return. Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any tracking or insurance on returned merchandise. Our apologies, but return shipping costs will not be reimbursed. THE LOVE LADDERS recommends you select tracking on all returned packages to ensure your return is received by us.
