Because of this, our jewelry is crafted upon request, often requiring 4-6 weeks from order placement to completion. Occasionally, pieces may be ready sooner, and if so, we’re delighted to expedite their delivery to you.
Once your piece is complete, we provide complimentary 2-Day FedEx shipping within the United States. If you have specific shipping needs or require an alternate method, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on unused and undamaged items within 30 days of your purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging & boxes, and must not be damaged, used or altered in any way.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of your return. Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any tracking or insurance on returned merchandise. Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed or refunded. THE LOVE LADDERS recommends tracking on all returned packages to ensure your return is received.
